处方书写不合格情况调查分析

Investigation of prescription failure in our hospital

目的:调查分析本院处方书写不合格情况,进一步提高医师正确书写处方的好习惯,加强药师对处方的审核力度。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,抽取本院2010年处方12186张,依据《处方管理办法》(中华人民共和国卫生部第53号令于2007年2月14日发布)中的有关规定,对处方进行检查。结果:不合格处方共321张,占抽查总数的2.63%。其中处方前记不合格58张,处方正文不合格238张,处方后记不合格25张。结论:医院不同程度地存在处方书写不合格现象,应加强《处方管理办法》的学习和宣传,减少或避免因开具处方或调剂处方不当所造成的医疗差错或事故。

Objective： To investigate prescription failure in our hospital, made clinicians got good habit of prescriping correctly, at the same time pharmacist should make more effects on checking prescriptions. Methods： Retrospectively analyzed 12 186 pieces of prescriptions in our hospital in 2010, checked prescription according to Prescription Management （Ministry of Health Decree No. 53 on February 14, 2007 release）. Results： There were total 321 pieces of unqualified prescriptions, accounting for 2.63% of total sampling, in which prescription recorded before text failure 58 pieces, the body prescription failure 238 pieces,prescription postscript failed 25 pieces. Conclusion： There still are some problems on prescription writing in our hospital, so hospital should strengthen Prescription Management, to reduce and avoid inappro- priate prescribing cause medical errors.
