摘要
目的:探讨胃癌围术期循证健康教育路径的设计及应用,评价其效果。方法:63例行胃癌根治术患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组32例,采用循证健康教育路径进行全程健康教育;对照组31例,采用常规方法进行全程健康教育。比较两组患者健康教育测试成绩、护理满意度、抑郁与焦虑自评得分。结果:观察组患者健康教育测试成绩及护理满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者出院时抑郁与焦虑自评得分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:应用循证方法指导设计科学、规范、高效的临床健康教育路径,能有效促进围术期胃癌患者的心理康复。
Objective:To explore the design and application of evidence-based health education path for gastric-cancer perioperative,and evaluated its effects.Methods:63 patients of radical gastrectomy were randomized into the observation group and the control group.The observation group had 32 cases,using the evidence-based health education path for complete health education;The control group had 31 cases,used the conventional methods for complete health education.Then two groups were compared in test scores of health education,nursing satisfaction,depression,anxiety and self-assessment score.Results:The patients' testing results of health education and nursing satisfaction increased significantly compared with the control group(P0.01).When discharged,the assessment,depression and anxiety scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P0.01).Conclusion:If using the evidence-based method to guide the designing,we'll have a scientific,standardized and efficient clinical health education path.It can effectively promote perioperative psychological rehabilitation of patients with gastric cancer.
