奇正消痛贴外贴治疗腰椎间盘突出症应用总结

Qizheng Xiaotong tiegao treatment of protrasion of lumbar intervertebral disease

目的:观察奇正消痛贴膏治疗腰椎肩盘突出症的临床效果。方法:选取186例明确诊断为腰椎间盘突出症的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予奇正消痛贴膏治疗,对照组给予聚能离子筋骨痛消贴。观察两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组93例,治愈率为73.1%,总有效率为91.4%,对照组93例,治愈率为53.8%,总有效率为76.3%。治疗组优于对照组。结论:奇正消痛贴膏治疗腰椎肩盘突出效果好。

Objective：To observe clinical effects of Qizheng Xiaotong tiegao treatment of protrasion of lumbar intervertebral disease（PLID）.Methods：186 patients diagnosed with PLID who were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group was treated with Xiaotong tiegao,control group was treated with Juneng Lizi Jingutong tiegao.Observed efficacy of two groups.Results：Treatment group of 93 cases,cure rate was 73.1%,total effective rate was 91.4%,control group of 93 cases,cure rate was 53.8%,total effective rate was 76.3%,treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion：Qizheng Xiaotong tiegao treatment of PLID is good effect.
