Successful treatment of diagnosis-delayed small intestine rupture in 2 cases

目的:探讨小肠破裂延迟性诊断成功性救治的经验。方法:对本科近期收治的2例小肠破裂的病史、治疗经过及术后情况进行回顾。结果:2例小肠破裂患者经积极治疗后病情已平稳,近期均康复出院。结论:早期诊断和手术是关键,同时注意术后监护治疗和营养支持治疗,减少并发症,提高治愈率。

Objective：To investigate the successful treatment experience of diagnosis-delayed small intestine rupture.Methods：The medical history,treatment process and postoperative conditions were reviewed of 2 cases of small intestine rupture recently admitted to our department.Results：The conditions of 2 patients with small intestine rupture were stable after active treatment and they were recently discharged.Conclusion：Early diagnosis and surgery are the key of small intestine rupture treatment,meanwhile postoperative care and nutritional support are also important to reduce complications and improve cure rate.
