伞齿轮轴断裂失效分析

FRACTURE ANALYSIS OF CONICAL GEAR SHAFT

吊机伞齿轮轴发生断裂，通过化学成分分析、力学性能试验、金相检验、断口宏观检验与扫描电镜微观分析等检验，对吊机伞齿轮轴及轮轴座进行断裂分析。结果表明：伞齿轮轴断裂处以解理断裂为主；轴承座断口以沿晶脆性断裂为主。

Conical gear shaft of loop wheel machine was cracked. This failure analysis of it was made by chemical com- position, mechanical property test, metallographic test, macroeconomic analysis and SEM. The results show that fracture of conical gear shaft is cleavage fracture, and the fracture of shaft block is intercrystalline fracture.
