摘要
采用旋转黏度计测定超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)稀溶液的动力黏度,UHMWPE树脂的浓度、溶解温度、溶剂以及相对分子质量分布对动力黏度具有很大的影响,详细分析了UHMWPE稀溶液的黏度特性,并提供了一种评价UHMWPE分子量分布有效的测试方法。
The dynamic viscosities of different ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) in dilute solutions were measured by rotary viscometer.UHMWPE concentration,solubility temperature,solvent and resin type took a large influence to dynamic viscosities.The viscosity characters of UHMWPE dilute solutions were analyzed in detail.And a valuble method of estimating the distribution of UHMWPE molecular weight was offered.
