改性处理对热塑性聚合物基复合材料性能的影响

The effects of modification treatment on properties of thermoplastic polymer matirx composites

摘要 研究了冷却方式及改性处理对玻纤增强热塑性聚合物复合材料性能的影响。采用模压工艺制备复合材料,研究冷却方式、偶联剂处理及等离子改性处理对玻纤增强聚丙烯力学性能的影响,并通过DSC分析复合体系结晶性能的变化规律。结果表明:采用同加热板一起冷却的复合材料结晶性能较好,材料的拉伸性能最高;改性处理在一定程度上改善了材料的界面结合力,提高了材料的拉伸性能,通过等离子处理可以对聚合物的结晶起到促进作用,而偶联剂浓度的变化对其结晶性能变化没有影响。 The effects of cooling condition and modification on properties of glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic polymer composites were investigated.The effects of cooling mode,coupling agent treatment and plasma modification on mechanical properties of the composites which prepared by moulded technology were studied,and with the DSC,the variation mode about the crystallization of composites was discovered.The results showed that when the composites cooled together with the heating plate,its crystallization properties was better than the others and its tensile properties was the highest;modification could improve composite's interfacial binding force and tensile properties,and polymer crystals were promoted through the plasma modification,bud the coupling agent's concentration had no effect on it.
