摘要
建立了测定红景天苷的荧光光谱方法。选择了最佳荧光激发波长和发射波长,考察了乙醇浓度、温度、放置时间、pH值和共存离子对测定结果的影响。红景天苷的荧光光谱具有良好的稳定性,在最佳实验条件下,其荧光强度与浓度在0.04~18.03μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9996,检出限为0.019μg/mL。红景天苷测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.33%(n=5),荧光法测得值与理论值的相对误差为4.0%。
The Salidroside was determined by fluorescence spectrometry. The influence factors of ethanol concentration, temperature, placing time, pH values and coexisting ions were investigated. At optimal conditions, the good linear responses were observed in the concentration range from 0.04 to 18.03 μg/mL, detection limit was 0. 019 μg/mL. The RSD of determination results was 0.33% (n = 5), and the relative error between fluorescence intensity measured by fluorescence spectrometry and theoretical value was 4%.
