摘要
利用液-液萃取与气相色谱-质谱联用技术,快速测定4个城市取水口断面和自来水中的24种6大类半挥发性有机物。250 mL水样,苯液液萃取定容到2 mL,碱中性组分的加标回收率为66.8%~156%,酸性组分的加标回收率为32.5%~45.6%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.23%~6.55%(n=7)。在《水和废水监测分析方法》(第四版)的基础上,改进了溶剂体系,优化了萃取时间,减少了取样量和有机溶剂的用量。
The method of liquid - liquid extraction and rapid detection of 24 kinds of SVOCs in source water by GC - MS was studied. 250 mL water sample was extracted by benzene, and the constant volume was 2 mL. The recovery of the alkaline component and neutral fraction was 66.8% - 156% , and the recovery of the acidic component was 32.5% -45.6%. The RSD of detection result was 1.23% - 6.55% ( n = 7). Based on The Monitoring Analysis Method of Water and Waste Water( the 4th edition) , the selection of solvent and extraction time were further optimized, and the volume of samplings and organic solvents were reduced.
