摘要
枫树坝水电站1号机组2004年增容改造后历次检修发现的转轮裂纹既有规律性裂纹也有非规律性裂纹。分析结果表明,不当的运行方式导致机组长时间低负荷运行以及焊接质量不佳、叶片出水边过薄等是导致转轮裂纹的主要原因,不合理的泄水锥结构是2011年出现的非规律性上冠裂纹的主要原因。针对形成裂纹的原因,提出了局部加强叶片强度、改善机组运行工况和改变泄水锥设计的处理措施。
The crack examinations for the No. 1 runner of Fengshuba Hydropower Station since the rehabilitation in 2004 show that the regular and non-regular cracks are existed at the same time. The analysis considers the long-duration low-load operation, poorer welding and thinner blade outlet edge arc main causes of cracking, and the unreasonable structure of runner cone is the main factor of non-regular cracks on crown found in 2011. The treatments such as strengthening the blade strength, improving operation and redesigning runner cone are proposed.
