摘要
采用同步合成法和异步合成法分别制备双酚A型氰酸酯树脂/聚丙烯腈半互穿聚合物网络(BADCy/PAN-SIPN),研究了几种不同组分的SIPN体系。结果表明,BADCy/PAN-SIPN网络体系的形成对体系的力学性能和耐热性能都有较大的提高,当丙烯腈质量分数为15%时,SIPN体系的冲击强度提高了89.7%,弯曲强度提高了56.4%,玻璃化转变温度提高了5.6%。同时提出了较合理的制备工艺条件。
Semi-interpenetrating polymer networks of cyanate ester resin/PAN( BADCy / PAN SIPN) polymer material were prepared by synchronous and asynchronous synthesis and several SIPN systems with different components were discussed. The results showed that the formation of BADCy/PAN - SIPN network system improved the mechanical properties and heat resistance of SIPN greatly. When the mass fraction of AN was 15% , the impact strength of SIPN was improved by 89.7% , flexural strength was improved by 56.4 % and glass transition temperature was increased by 5.6%. Meanwhile, an optimal preparation conditions was proposed.
