缓蚀剂CY-1的合成及其缓蚀性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以油酸、二乙烯三胺为原料,合成了一种油酸咪唑啉,用氯化苄对其进行改性得到缓蚀剂CY-1。采用失重法评价CY-1在减黏塔顶水中对20钢的缓蚀性能及其与油田水常用缓蚀剂GW1的复配效果。结果表明:在温度80℃、实验时间168h时,缓蚀剂CY-1的最佳质量分数为200μg/g,缓蚀率为74.31%;CY-1与GW1质量分数分别为100μg/g时复配效果最佳,缓蚀率为79.86%。 A new kind of oleic acid imidazoline corrosion inhibitor named CY-1 was synthesized from oleic acid/diethylene triamine and modified by zephirol. Its inhibition performance was investigated by weight loss test method using 20 steel as testing material and corrosive water collected onsite. Furthermore, its synergetic effects with other inhibitors which are commonly used in oilfield (e. g. GWl and etc. )were tested as well. Test results show that under the conditions of an optimal CY-1 dosage of 200μg/g,a testing temperature of 80℃ and a testing time Of 168 h, the inhibiting rate is 74.31%;an optimum synergetic effect is obtained using a compounded inhibitor of CY-1 mixed with GW1 at the same dosage of 100μg/g,the combined inhibiting rate is up to 79.86%.
