实例1：客车右前气囊有时会升高的故障故障现象：一辆青年客车在行驶中其右前气囊有时会自动升高,也会自动调平,在高速公路上行驶的客车车身上下晃动是非常危险的。回场后,修理工检查该车的气囊高低已正常,调平阀升降、进排气阀工作也正常;因此,就对调平阀运动杆件的连接处加注润滑油来润滑,以增加运动的灵活性,试车后情况良好。
This article thoroughly introduced and illustrated two real case studies of repair and maintenance of bus air-spring,and listed out a few of useful tips and attentions for repairing process,which hopefully would better help mechanic and technician provide solutions to bus owners.
