创新群众路线提升“幸福金华”的基本路径研究

The Basic Path to Innovate the Mass Line and Promote "Happy Jinhua City":Some Research

群众路线是我党的生命线,也是我国社会管理体制中的核心理念。在社会急速转型时期,坚持社会管理"走群众路线"的基本价值理念将成为给力改善民生、提升人民幸福感的基本路径。近年来,金华市委、市政府以"为人民服务"的思维和工作方式,走出了一条符合金华特色的"幸福路线图"。"十二五"时期,金华将创新群众路线的实践内容,实现其从"传统传承"到"当代创新"的转变,谱写幸福金华新战略。

The mass line,as the life blood of the C.P.C.,is the core concept of the Chinese social management system.In the rapid social transitional period,insisting on the basic value concept of 'Upholding the mass line' in social management will be the basic path to improve people's livelihood and promote their happiness.In recent years,Jinhua Municipal Party Committee and Government,based on the thoughts and working methods of 'serving the people',have worked out a 'happy map' with Jinhua characteristics.In the period of the 'Twelfth five-year plans',Jinhua will innovate the practice of the mass line and transform from 'traditional inheriting' to 'contemporary innovating',creating new strategies of Happy Jinhua City.
