构建区域高校毕业生创业就业与地方经济社会发展良性循环体系的对策研究——以贺州市区域为例

The Sustainable System for Entrepreneurship and Employment of the Regional University Graduates,Local Economy and Social Development:Strategies——A Case Study Based upon Hezhou City

从我国当前经济结构调整和生产方式转型的发展方向,客观评估贺州市区域现行就业体系与就业水平,从而提出构建区域高校毕业生创业就业与地方经济、社会经济发展良性循环体系的总体思路和基本框架,认为区域高校必须围绕产业发展布局,做好创业就业人才培养规划,提高教学质量,大力推进校企联合办学,创新人才培养方式和创业就业模式;地方政府必须高度重视,多渠道、全方位营造宽松的人才创业就业环境,打造人才创业就业示范基地;高校毕业生要转变观念,结合自身实际,发挥专长,勇于开拓,充分挖掘潜能,争取一切有利条件,大胆创业,积极就业。

This paper makes an objective assessment of the entrepreneurship system and employment status in Hezhou City from the development trend of Chinese economic structural adjustment and the changing production mode.It offers the general thinking and basic framework in establishing a virtuous circle system for the sustainable development of the entrepreneurship and employment of regional university graduates combining with local and social economy.It is regarded as follows: 1.The regional institutions of higher education must centre on industrial development layout,planning for the personnel training for entrepreneurship and employment while improving teaching quality so as to greatly enhance the cooperation between the educational institutions and the enterprises,innovating the mode of personnel training and the model of entrepreneurship and employment;2.The local government must highly value the creation of the benign environment for the entrepreneurship and employment,establishing demonstrative bases for this project;3.The graduates have to change their concepts with clear ideas about their own reality conditions and give play to their special skills,with the courage to develop,while fully tapping their potentials and striving for all advantages to start a business or actively obtain employment.
