摘要
为了使长钻孔爆破能够松动大面积煤岩体,提高采煤效率,以安泰煤矿极薄硬质煤层为研究对象,利用ANASYS/LS-DYNA程序算法原理对爆炸后应力波的传播过程进行数值模拟,得到既能达到松动效果又不大面积损坏上覆岩的不耦合系数,以及装药孔壁径向初始应力峰值,通过理论计算得出其他爆破参数。实践证明:应用该方法能有效提高采煤效率,现场松动爆破后,月产煤量由原来的900 t提高到1 840 t。
Aimed at allowing large areas of coal and rock mass to be loosened by long-drilling blasting to improve the efficiency of coal mining,this paper introduces the numerical simulation of the propagation process of stress wave due to blast in the extremely thin and hard coal seam of Antai Mine,by using the program algorithm principle in ANASYS/LS-DYNA.The simulation gives no-coupling parameter and initial vertical stress peak in pore wall which affords the loose effect,without much damage to the overlying rocks.The theoretical calculation gives the other blasting parameters.The practice proves this method allows an effective improvement in the efficiency of coal mining and gives monthly increase from 900 t to 1 840 t in coal production.
