水平移动式抛丸设备的噪声分析

Analysis of noise by horizontal mobile shot blasting equipment

为了满足噪声环保的要求,针对水平移动式抛丸机的工作原理及具体结构进行研究,分析了水平移动式抛丸机产生噪声的主要来源及其危害。通过对水平移动式抛丸机的现场试验,对噪声的产生进行了定性的分析及定量比较,并对不同来源的噪声提出了控制措施。结果表明,通过减小无效冲击可以降低噪声污染,这是提高设备工作效率的一种方法。

This paper is an attempt to reduce environmental noise by identifying working principle and specific structure of the horizontal mobile shot blasting machine,and analyzing its main noise source and hazards.Qualitative analysis and quantitative comparison of the noise production done in the field trials,and different sources of noise control measures proposed according to various sources of noise show that noise reduction is made possible by decreasing the invalid impact,which promises to be a method to improve the working efficiency of the equipment.
