目前,综合性医院在国家相关政策指导下,越来越多地承担着职业病诊断与职业健康监护工作。但由于内部及外部多种原因,综合性医院在开展职业健康监护的实际工作中还存在方方面面的问题。本文总结了综合性医院开展职业健康监护工作的难点,并试图探讨对策。

Recently,under the guidance of the related national policies,general hospitals takes more and more roles of the diagnosis of occupational diseases and the work of occupational health surveillance.But because of some internal and external reasons,there are a variety of problems in the actual work.This article summed up the difficulty about carring out the work of occupational health surveillance,and attempted to explore strategies.
