摘要
本文通过总结医院党建工作的经验,在党建工作中引入绩效管理理念,制定考核目标,确定考核标准,建立党支部、党支部书记、党员等考核评价体系,不断增强党建工作。
This article makes a summary of Party building in hospital to strengthen the energy of Party build-ing unceasingly by introducing the idea of performance management into Party building,formulating the check-up targets,defining the check-up criteria,establishing the evaluation system of the Party branch,the secretary of the Party branch,and the party member.
