摘要
目的:分析护理纠纷产生的原因,制定护理对策,减少护理纠纷的发生。方法:回顾性调查某医院近10年发生的护理纠纷,分析其产生的原因。结果:服务理念和技巧差、专业知识少和护理技能水平低、法律意识薄弱、护理管理疏漏、医疗费用问题等是护理纠纷产生的主要原因。结论:转变护理理念、增强服务意识,提高专业知识水平,规范护理操作,加强护理管理,能有效预防护理纠纷的发生。
Objective:To study the causes and precausion of nursing disputes.Methods:The causes of nursing disputes which happened during the past ten years were analysed and summarized.Results:The main causes leading to nursing disputes include service idea,law knowledge,nursing skill,nursing administration,medical cost.Conclusions : Improving the service and nursing quality is an effective method to prevent nursing disputes.
