摘要
目的:分析护理纠纷产生的原因,制定护理对策,减少护理纠纷的发生。方法:回顾性调查某医院近10年发生的护理纠纷,分析其产生的原因。结果:服务理念和技巧差、专业知识少和护理技能水平低、法律意识薄弱、护理管理疏漏、医疗费用问题等是护理纠纷产生的主要原因。结论:转变护理理念、增强服务意识,提高专业知识水平,规范护理操作,加强护理管理,能有效预防护理纠纷的发生。
Objective：To study the causes and precausion of nursing disputes.Methods：The causes of nursing disputes which happened during the past ten years were analysed and summarized.Results：The main causes leading to nursing disputes include service idea,law knowledge,nursing skill,nursing administration,medical cost.Conclusions ： Improving the service and nursing quality is an effective method to prevent nursing disputes.
