数字化子宫输卵管造影对诊断不孕症的价值

Application Value of Digital Hysterosalpingography in the Diagnosis of Infertility

目的:探讨数字化子宫输卵管造影检查在不孕症诊断中的应用价值。方法:对300例临床诊断不孕症患者行子宫输卵管造影检查。结果:子宫畸形5例(1.7%);宫腔粘连6例(2%);输卵管异常186例(62%);子宫输卵管均正常109例(36.3%)。结论:数字化子宫输卵管造影检查可获得优质的图像,对显示正常或异常输卵管影像细节,诊断不孕症原因,同时对其进行针对性的治疗,减少操作者和受检者所受X线辐射剂量具有重要价值。

Objective：To evaluate the value of digital hysterosalpingography in the diagnosis of infertility.Methods： 300 patients with clinically diagnosis infertility under went digital hysterosalpingography.Results： Among 300 cases,uterine abnormalities were 5 cases（1.7%）,the adhesive uterus were 6 cases（2%）,fallopian abnormalities werw 186 cases（62%）,both of uterine and fallopian were normal in 109 cases（36.3%）.Conclusion： digital hysterosalpingography not only can acquire good images but also to demonstrates normal or the unusual fallopian picture detail,greatly reduce the X-ray radiate dose by patients and doctors during the radiography.It has important value in the etiologic diagnosis and pertinent therapy of female infertility.
