目的:评价COPD稳定期无创呼吸机的应用价值。方法:从无创呼吸机治疗对呼吸肌、肺功能、血气交换、活动耐量、生活质量和生存率的影响,来分析其疗效。结果:COPD稳定期无创呼吸机能明显改善生活质量,提高生存率。结论:无创呼吸机在COPD稳定期的治疗中,可是一种理想的方法。

Objective：To evaluate the applicative value of non-invasive ventilation in stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods： We analyzed the therapeutic effect of non-invasive ventilation on respiratory muscles,lung function,arterial gas exchange,exertion tolerance,quality of life and morality rate.Results： Non-invasive ventilation could improve the quality of life and reduce the morality rate in in stable stage of COPD.Conclusion： Non-invasive ventilation is an effective,well-tolerated method in managing stable stage of COPD.
