持续性高眼压行复合式小梁切除术的护理

Nursing of durative high intraocular tension glaucoma patients Underwent complex trabeculectomy

目的:探讨在持续高眼压状态下行复合式小梁切除术护理干预的效果。方法:将40例高眼压患者随机分为对照组和干预组各20例,对照组实施常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上实行护理干预。结果:通过护理干预能够有效地控制眼压,提高遵医行为。结论:对持续性高眼压的青光眼患者采取相应的护理措施,能够有效的提高手术的成功率。

Objective：to make a study of nursing intervention effect of doing complex trabeculectomy in the state of durative high intraocular tension.Methods： randomly split high intraocular tension patients into control group and intervention group first,then enforce usual nursing to patients of contrast group and enforce nursing intervention on the base of usual nursing to patients of intervention group.Result： effectively control intraocular tension and improve actions obeying doctors through nursing intervention.Conclusion： enforcing corresponding nursing measure to durative high intraocular glaucoma patients will effectively improve success rate of operation.
