酒精所致精神障碍的临床观察及护理

Clinical Observation and Nursing of Mental Disorder Resulting from Alcohol

目的:探讨酒精所致精神障碍的临床特点,为制定护理措施提供依据。方法:采用自制调查表对57例酒精所致精神障碍的住院患者进行临床调查分析。结果:主要精神症状表现以妄想32(56.10%)、冲动行为27(47.40%)、幻觉18(31.60%)。主要神经系统症状表现以合并躯体疾病者占38(66.67%),肢体震颤28(49.11%),以酒精性肝损害17(29.8%)和步态不稳8(14.0%)。饮酒造成的负面效应以肇事50(87.7%),失去工作及家庭9(15.8%)。结论:酒精所致精神障碍患者症状表现多样且合并较多的躯体疾病,长期过量饮酒给社会及家庭带来一系列问题,应采取综合治疗和护理干预措施,促进患者身心健康和社会功能的恢复。

Objective： To investigate the clinical features of mental disorder caused by alcohol,and provide the basis for the development of nursing interventions.Methods： 57 inpatients of mental disorders caused by al-cohol were investigated by self-made questionnaire.Results： The major psychiatric symptoms： paranoia 32（56.10%）,impulsive behavior 27（47.40%）,hallucinations 18（31.60%）.The main symptoms of nervous system diseases accounted for combined physical illness 38（66.67%）,limb tremor 28（49.11%）,alcohol induced liver disease 17（29.8%） and unsteady gait 8（14.0%）.The negative effects of alcohol such as accident 50（87.7%）,loss of work and family 9（15.8%）.Conclusion： The symptoms of mental disorders caused by alcohol were more di-verse and combined with various physical illness.Long-term excessive alcohol consumption will bring about a series of social and family problems.We should adopt an integrated treatment and care interventions to promote recovery in patients physically,mentally and socially.
