摘要
目的:镁测定试剂对二氧化碳结合力测定结果的影响分析。方法:所用仪器为美国贝克曼CX9型全自动生化分析仪,试剂为跟机原装进口试剂,严格按操作规程测定。结果:CX4部分按排顺序为Ca2+,Mg2+,CO2-CP进行检测时,全套生化检测病人标本的CO2-CP结果值降低。调整测定项目顺序为Mg2+,Ca2+,CO2-CP进行检测时,与抽样到CX3部分pH电极进行比对,结果相差很小。结论:镁测定试剂对二氧化碳结合力测定存在影响。
Objective: To analyze the influence of the magnesium determination reagent upon the results of the CO 2-CP.Method: the instrument is Beckman CX9 type fully automatic biochemistry analyzer,the reagents are the original import reagents matched with the machine,the determination is operated strictly according to the operation procedures.Results: Using CX4 part,the results of CO 2-CP reduced,when it was detected in the de-termination order of Ca 2+,Mg 2+,CO 2-CP.Adjust the determination order,in the order of Mg 2+,Ca 2+,CO 2-CP,the results of CO 2-CP had little difference with the samples which were detected by pH electrode in the CX3 part.Conclusion: the magnesium determination reagent has influence upon the determination of CO 2-CP.
