摘要
目的:探讨以健康问题为核心的健康教育对社区居民的健康影响。方法:随机选择某辖区通过健康档案建立,存在健康问题的居民376人,对健康问题有针对性地进行社区居民健康教育,采用自制健康知识和健康行为问题进行流行病学问卷调查,并做干预前后的比较。结果:社区居民对常用健康评价指标中健康知识、行为的理解较干预前有明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:以问题为核心的健康教育能有效地提高社区居民学习的积极性,能促进、提高社区健康教育效果。
Objective: To discuss the effects of health education centered around healthe problems among community residents.Methods: 376 residents with health problmes in our community were randomly selected and healthducation centered around health problems was given to the residents.Epidemic questionnairesby self-made health problems and health behavior problems were carried out to compare the efffects.Result: There is signifi-cant improvement on the part of the community residents on health knowledge and behaviors among the common-ly used health evaluation index(P0.01).Conclusion: problem-centered health education can effectively stimu-late the enthusiasm of the community residents and facilitate community health education.
