健康问题为核心的健康教育在社区居民的应用

The Application of Health Education Centered around Health Problems among Community Residents

目的:探讨以健康问题为核心的健康教育对社区居民的健康影响。方法:随机选择某辖区通过健康档案建立,存在健康问题的居民376人,对健康问题有针对性地进行社区居民健康教育,采用自制健康知识和健康行为问题进行流行病学问卷调查,并做干预前后的比较。结果:社区居民对常用健康评价指标中健康知识、行为的理解较干预前有明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:以问题为核心的健康教育能有效地提高社区居民学习的积极性,能促进、提高社区健康教育效果。

Objective： To discuss the effects of health education centered around healthe problems among community residents.Methods： 376 residents with health problmes in our community were randomly selected and healthducation centered around health problems was given to the residents.Epidemic questionnairesby self-made health problems and health behavior problems were carried out to compare the efffects.Result： There is signifi-cant improvement on the part of the community residents on health knowledge and behaviors among the common-ly used health evaluation index（P0.01）.Conclusion： problem-centered health education can effectively stimu-late the enthusiasm of the community residents and facilitate community health education.
