摘要
本文针对低压电气火灾多发的现状,设计了一套低压电器火灾模拟试验装置。希望通过此装置可以做好低压电器防火性能的检测,达到预防电气火灾的目的。装置的设计共分方案原理设计、控制器编程、上位机制作三个方面。本文着重于基于组态王软件的上位机制作,还通过多种环境控制设备仿真了自然环境,验证了设计的有效性。环境参数有温度、湿度和风力可调,参数范围满足环境要求。本设计对于电气火灾试验装置的研究有一定的借鉴意义。
Aiming at the present situation of low voltage electrical fire happens,designed a set of low-voltage fire simulation test device.Hope that through this device can do low-voltage fire performance testing,achieve the purpose of electrical fire prevention.The design include three aspects,scheme design of principle,programmable logic controllers,development of the IPC.This paper focuses on the development of the IPC based on kingview,but also through a variety of environmental control equipment simulation of the natural environment,and verified the effectiveness of the design.Environmental parameters have temperature,humidity and wind power adjustable parameter scope,satisfy the environmental conditions.This design for electrical fire test device research have a certain significance.
