摘要 煤粉输配控制过程的自动化对火电厂的正常运行和优化生产具有重要意义。根据现场煤粉输配需求,本文采用PLC实现煤粉的输配控制。系统体系结构为管理、控制、设备三层;下位机是Modicon Quantum系列PLC,上位机是iFIXHMI/SCADA组态软件。系统能实现流程监现和协同控制,主要完成对皮带系统的顺序联锁控制和配煤过程的程序控制。实际应用表明,这是一个经济低成本、技术易实现、结构易扩充、系统易集成、运行可靠的系统。 Control Automation of the transmission and distribution of coal powder on thermal power plants is of great significance to the running and optimized production of the plant.According to the needs of coal transportation and distribution,the PLC has been used to realize coal powder transmission and distribution control.The system is of 3-tiers:the management,control,equipment ones;bit machine is series of Modicon Quantum PLC,PC is iFIX configuration software HMI/SCADA.System processes monitoring and cooperative control,primarily to complete the order interlock control of belt systems and control of coal blending process.Practical application indicated that it is an economic and reliable operation system for which the technology is easy to be implemented,the structure is easy to be expand,the system is easy to be integrated.
