改革开放30年来我国教练员研究状况的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Research Actualities of Chinese Coaches Since Reform and Opening

以选自于1978～2009年间13种中文体育类核心期刊中的303篇文章作为研究对象,采用内容分析法对从研究性质、研究方法、研究主题、研究主体等入手进行详尽的内容分析.辅以文献资料、历史分析及数理统计等研究方法进行研究.针对以往我国教练员研究的内容分析得出:研究方法以及统计方法由单一薄弱变得丰富多样,资料收集方法过于单一,教练员与社会、大众、媒体之间的人际关系,残疾人教练员研究等领域没有学者进行研究等结论.

Setting 303 articles taken from 13 Chinese sports core periodicals from 1978 to 2009 as the research subject, adopting content analysis method, supplemented by literature review, historical analysis and mathematical statistics method etc, this paper analyzes the research content about Chinese coaches and concludes that the research methods and statistic methods become various; data collection method is single; it lacks the study on the relationship between coaches and society, the public or the media, and the study on handicapped coaches is in shortage as well.
