摘要
利用双层辉光等离子渗金属技术对TiAl基合金表面进行铌碳复合渗处理,且对处理后的试样进行高温氧化试验研究。通过SEM,XRD分析,对比研究了TiAl基合金表面经过等离子铌碳复合渗处理并高温氧化前后的微观形貌,且对其氧化机理做了进一步的探讨。结果表明:铌和碳的加入提高了铝的活性,促进了Al2O3的生成,经过铌碳复合渗处理后,TiAl基合金的抗氧化能力显著提高。
Double plasma surface alloying of element Nb and C in TiA1 based alloys and the oxidation behavior were investigated. The surface compositions and microstructures of the TiA1 alloy before and after niobizing and carburizing and high temperature oxidation were contrasted and investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) methods. The experimental results indicate that the addition of Nb and C can enhance the activity, promote the growth of A12 O3. The high temperature oxidation resistance of the treated TiA1 alloy has marked Improvement.
