摘要
对铸铁基体表面镀铁基纳米复合镀层,表面活化参数优化试验研究进行了描述。采用二次旋转回归组合设计安排试验方案,并对得出的数据进行了计算机分析,建立了各因素与目标函数间关系的数学模型,得出了各因素对目标函数影响的重要度;在数学模型的基础上,分析了各因素对目标函数的影响规律;根据两因素交互作用的等值线图和曲面图,得出最优化的活化工艺参数。
The experiment with rotary combination design to optimize the activation parameters of N-compound plating based Fe on cast iron was described, the data of the experiment was dealt by computer, the mathematical model of factors and object function were established and the importance of effect of each parameter on object function was obtained. Based on the mathematical model, each parameter's influence was analyzed. In terms of curve and surface graphics, the best activation parameters' value was drawn out in the end.
