临床药师参与1例术后出血患者抗菌药物应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Antibiotics in 1 Patient with Postoperative Bleeding in which Clinic Pharmacist Participated

目的:通过药师参与临床药物治疗,加强医、药、护团队的合作,促进临床合理应用抗菌药物。方法:列举1例临床药师参与的术后出血患者抗菌药物治疗方案的调整,对其所用药品进行分析,总结出易致出血的抗菌药物及其防治。结果:临床医师采纳药师建议后避免了患者病情的进一步恶化,患者各项生命体征好转,为其安全、合理用药提供了保障。结论:有出血倾向的患者在药物治疗中须审慎用药,并应做好其他辅助治疗和药学监护。

OBJECTIVE：To strengthen cooperation of physicians,pharmacist and nurse and promot rational use of antibiotics through clinical pharmacist participates in drug treatment.METHODS：By adjusting the antibiotics treatment programs of postoperative bleeding in which clinical pharmacist participated and analyzing drugs,we could summarize drugs which cause bleeding easily and their prevention and treatment.RESULTS：Physicians adopted pharmacist＇s recommendations to avoid further deterioration of the disease.The vital signs of patients became better to provide a guarantee for safe and rational use of drugs.CONCLUSION：Patients with bleeding tendency should use drugs prudently and other adjuvant therapy and pharmaceutical care should be prepared.
