武警院校教务工作适应特色办学对策研究

Studies on Educational Administrations Strategies for Running Schools with Distinctive Features in the CAPF Academies

在当前武警院校“深化教学改革，实施特色办学”的大趋势下，院校教务部门应充分发挥谋划作用，认真研究特色办学的总体思路；充分发挥指导作用，科学探索特色办学的实现途径；充分发挥管控作用，积极创造特色办学的有利条件；充分发挥协调作用，科学统筹特色办学的各种关系。

Nowadays, in the overall trend of ＂deepening reform of teaching, running a school with unique feature＂, the educational administration of a CAPF academy should give full play to the actions of schemes, research the chief mentality of running a school with unique feature seriously; and give full play to the functions of guiding, explore approaches to run a school with unique feature scientifically; in the mean time, it also should give full play to the roles of control, creative the advantages of running a school with unique feature actively; and give full play to the effects of coordinate, arrange all kinds of relations in running a school with unique feature rationally.
