育龄妇女信息系统(WIS)数据更新稳定机制研究

Research of Stable Data Update Mechanism for Women of Childbearing Age Information Systemage

育龄妇女信息系统(WIS)的建设目标和发展趋势使得它必须要求育龄妇女信息数据库中的数据具有现时性,即必须满足数据更新稳定的要求,包括空间数据以及非空间数据.。本文以湖南省育龄妇女信息系统项目为平台,以建库过程中育龄妇女数据更新处理的技术方案为依托,研究与实现了育龄妇女数据更新的动态机制。该机制满足了数据获取与更新体系中建立稳定、时效的数据采集和更新系统的要求,保证了系统数据库中的数据能够得到及时稳定的更新。

The construction objectives and development trends of women of childbearing age information system（WIS） make it require fasibility of its data,so the data must be updated steadily,20 including spatial data and non-spatial data.Under the project of Hunan Province women of childbearing age information system,this paper does the research and realization of the dynamic data update mechanism through proposing a technical solution for data update processing.The mechanism can meet the requirements of stability for data update and effectiveness for data aquisiton and provides gurantee for dynamic and stable data update in the database.
