中小学生管理的目的在于培养学生养成良好的学习、生活及行为习惯,愉快地学习及健康地成长。加强中小学生管理具有重大的社会意义及教育意义。在中小学校学生管理实践中,美国肯塔基州负责基础教育部门颁布了严格的《中小学生行为准则》。它有效地保障了教育教学的顺利实施及提升教育教学的质量。美国中小学生管理经验对我们有多重启示。
The objectives of the Students Management in both elementary and middle and high schools are to train the students to develop healthy study habits, way of life and behaviors, to help them study happily and grow healthily. The Student Management Enforcement can be very significant socially and educationally. In the practice of Student Management, the Department of the Kentucky Government in charge of elementary education formulates a very strict Student Code of Conduct", which effectively makes sure the smooth implementation of education and helps raise the quality of education.
