摘要
给出基于SERCON816型SERCOS总线接口的运动控制器的设计,分析了SERCON816与C8051F121单片机的接口特点。同时,为了提高编码器反馈信号的分辨率,进行了信号四倍频处理技术的研究,并设计了原理电路。
A motion controller based on SERCOS bus interface is given in the paper,the interface characteristics between SERCON816 and C8051F121 is analyzed.Simultaneously,in order to enhance the resolution of feedback signals from encoders,signal quadruple frequency processing technique is investigated and the principal circuit is also designed here.
