场效应管可分为结型和绝缘栅型两种类型,而它们又有N沟道和P沟道的区分、绝缘栅型场效应管还有增强型和耗尽型的区分。实际工程应用中,结型场效应管只有耗尽型的,绝缘栅型场效应管多数属于增强型的。现设计一种场效应管特性参数测量仪,能进行特性参数测量,帮助绘制转移特性曲线图及跨导参数求取。样机测试结果表明,设计符合要求。
