食管鳞状细胞癌组织中HIF-1α、CCR7和VEGF-C蛋白的表达 被引量:5

Expressions of HIF-1α,CCR7,and VEGF-C in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue

摘要 目的:检测食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)组织中缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、趋化因子受体7(CCR7)及血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)蛋白的表达。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测45例ESCC组织及癌旁正常食管黏膜组织中HIF-1α、CCR7及VEGF-C蛋白的表达,并分析ESCC组织中3者的表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果:ESCC组织中HIF-1α、CCR7及VEGF-C蛋白的阳性表达率分别为55.6%、71.1%和64.4%,高于癌旁正常食管黏膜组织的11.1%、17.8%和35.6%(χ2=16.409、17.633和6.261,P均<0.05)。HIF-1α、CCR7及VEGF-C蛋白的表达与ES-CC患者的病理分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。ESCC组织中HIF-1α的表达与CCR7的表达呈正关联(rP=0.303,P=0.033),CCR7的表达与VEGF-C的表达呈正关联(rP=0.409,P=0.003)。结论:ESCC组织中HIF-1α、CCR7及VEGF-C蛋白的表达上调可能促进了ESCC的侵袭与淋巴结转移。 Aim:To detect the expressions of hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α),chemokine receptor7(CCR7) and vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C) protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) tissue.Methods:Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of HIF-1α,CCR7,and VEGF-C in 45 cases of ESCC and their adjacent normal esophageal mucosa tissue.Results:The positive expression rate of HIF-1α,CCR7,and VEGF-C in ESCC tissue was 55.6%,71.1% and 64.4%,higher than those (11.1%,17.8%,and 35.6%) in adjacent normal esophageal mucosa tissue (χ^2=16.409,17.633,and 6.261,P〈0.05).The expressions of HIF-1α,CCR7,and VEGF-C were related with pathological stage and lymph node metastasis of ESCC(P〈0.05).The expression of HIF-1α was positively associated with that of CCR7,and that of CCR7 was positively associated with that of VEGF-C (rP=0.303,rP=0.409,P〈0.05) in ESCC tissue.Conclusion:The increased expressions of HIF-1α,CCR7,and VEGF-C may promote the invasion and lymph node metastasis of ESCC.
