达英-35治疗青春期功血的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding Therapy with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets

目的探讨达英-35治疗青春期功血的临床疗效。方法 54例青春期功血患者随机分为用达英-35治疗的观察组(35例)和用雌孕激素联合治疗的对照组(19例),比较2组的临床疗效。结果 2组患者治疗效果、完全控制出血时间及完全止血时间差别无统计学意义,止血后2组再次发生出血及不良反应发生的情况,观察组明显少于对照组,P<0.05,差别有统计学意义。结论达英-35治疗青春期功血疗效好、服用简单、不良反应少、易于被患者接受。

Objective To explore Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets of the clinical efficacy of adolescent dysfunclional uterine bleeding.Methods 54 patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into observtion group（35 cases）and control group（19cases）.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The two groups of patients with clinical effect,complete control of bleeding time and complete stop of bleeding lime was no significant difference between the two groups.The incidence rate of bleeding again and adverse effect in observtion group was less than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets shows significant therapeutic effect on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding.It is convenient for administration with less toxic side effect and is acceptable to patients.
