声电荷转移(ACT)器是80年代初出现的一种新型高性能高速单片信号处理器件,它集SAW和半导体技术的优点于一身,能与其它信号处理器件进行单片集成.完成各种信号处理功能.作为新一代信号处理器件,它具有许多独特的性能及广阔的应用前景,故而受到人们的普遍关注.
Acoustic Charge Transport (ACT) device which appeared at the beginning of 1980's is a new type of monolithic signal processing device wilh high performance and high velocity. It combines the merits of both SAW and semiconductive techniques, and can be monolithic integrated with other signal processing devices to realize various kinds of signal processing. As a new generation signal processor, ACT attracts more and more attention for its unique properties and promising application future.
