利用环境小卫星HJ的火点自动探测方法 被引量:4

摘要 环境小卫星HJ是环境与灾害监测预报小卫星星座的组成部分,对提高我国环境监测和防灾减灾能力具有重要意义。针对环境小卫星红外传感器HJ-IRS的性能特点,以MODIS的V4算法为基础,构建了基于HJ-IRS的火点自动探测方法。利用同时相同区域的HJ-CCD火烧迹地影像和MODIS的火点产品数据,对HJ-IRS火点探测方法进行了验证和评价。结果表明,基于火烧迹地的平均实际偏差为11%,与HJ-CCD的火点数量相近率为94%,基于MODIS火点的平均参考偏差为13%,与MODIS的火点数量相近率为89%,表现出良好的可靠性和稳定性。有利于提高环境小卫星HJ森林火灾的自动监测和快速评估能力。 HJ satellite is a part of small satellites constellation of environment, disaster monitoring and forecasting in China. It has great significance to improve the capabilities of environment monitoring and disaster prevention and mitigation for China. According to the performance characteristics of infrared sensor (IRS) of HJ satellite, fire point automatic detection method for HJ-IRS was established based on the version 4 algorithm of MODIS. Burned area images of HJ-CCD and MODIS fire point products with the same time and region of HJ-IRS images were used to validate and evaluate the fire point automatic detection method for HJ- IRS. The results show that the actual average deviation based on burned area is about 11%, the similar rate of fire point's number based on HJ-CCD images is 94%, while the referenced average deviation and the similar rate of fire point's number based MODIS fire point products are 13% and 89% respectively. The fire point automatic detection method based on HJ-IRS data has good reliability and stability. It improves the capabilities of forest fire automatic monitoring and rapid assessment for HJ satellites.
