摘要
本文介绍引线无损拉力检测法在声表面波滤波器制造工艺中的应用.运用此法,使声表面波滤波器的上机失效率下降到200ppm.
The application of lead wire nondestructive testing method in SAW filter fabrication is introduced in this paper. With this method, the failure rate of SAW filter fabrication can be reduced to 200ppm.
