摘要 以10种植物病原真菌为指示菌,从分离得到的541株细菌中筛选出1株拮抗细菌An-ctc-y-1,该分离物初步鉴定为芽孢杆菌属。其发酵滤液对病原菌丝体生长和孢子萌发均有较强的抑制作用。An-ctc-y-1菌株发酵滤液对稻瘟病菌和番茄灰霉病菌菌丝生长抑制效果最好,抑制率为90%以上,EC50分别为11.26和11.11 mL/L,对稻瘟病菌和番茄灰霉病菌孢子萌发的EC50分别为4.09和2.18 mL/L。经发酵滤液处理,病原菌菌丝末端膨大成球状、菌丝破裂、消解、菌丝体分枝增多。 An antagonistic bacteria strain An-ctc-y-1 with great inhibition against typical pathogenic fungus was isolated and screened from the soil of the Qinling Mountain,and preliminarily identified as Bacillus sp.The fermentation filtrate of An-ctc-y-1 could inhibit spore germination and mycelia growth of the pathogen effectively.The inhibition effect of An-ctc-y-1 against mycelia growth of Pyricularia oryzae and Botrytis cirerea was tested,the inhibition rate was more than 90% and the EC-{50} were less than 12 mL/L.Furthermore,the fementation filtrate of An-ctc-y-1 strain also inhibited the spore germination of both pathogenic fungus,with EC-{50} of 4.09 and 2.18 mL/L,respectively.In addition,mycelia growth of the pathogen was also inhibited significantly as indicated by swelled hyphal tip,increased hyphal branches,shortened branch intervals,and broken,constricted and/ or dissolved mycelia.
