摘要
向基础磷化液中添加Zn2+、Mn2+、Ni2+金属离子,研制一种含有Zn2+、Mn2+、Ni2+三系离子的线材中温磷化液,确定了磷化液的配方组成,并按国标测定方法用硫酸铜点滴和氯化钠浸蚀对磷化膜性能进行了评定。探讨了酸度、温度、时间等因素对磷化膜质量的影响。结果表明,用此磷化液磷化时,在磷化温度为65℃、磷化时间为10 min的条件下,所形成的磷化膜结晶均匀、致密、黑褐色、耐腐蚀性良好。
A new type of tri-component phosphating solution containing Zn^2+、Mn^2+、Ni^2+ at medium temperature, has been developed by adding Zn^2+、Mn^2+、Ni^2+ into base phosphating solution. And the formulation of phosphating so- lution was defined. Performance of phosphating film was evaluated with dribble blulestone and sodium chloride etching by the methods of national standard. Influences of the factors, such as acidity, temperature, and time, on the quality of phosphating film were studied and discussed. Experimental results showed that the film formed in the phosphating process had the best level of corrosion resistance when phosphating temperature at 65 ℃ and phosphating time in 10 min. Moreover, the phosphating film thus obtained was compact, dark gray, and uniform in crystal structure.
