悬乳剂中咪鲜胺和丙环唑含量的HPLC法快速分析 被引量:5

Rapid HPLC Analysis Method for Prochloraz and Propiconazole Content in Bactericidal Suspension Emulsion

摘要 【目的】建立悬乳剂中咪鲜胺和丙环唑含量的HPLC法快速分析方法。[方法]以SHIMADZU10-AVP Plus高效液相色谱仪,Kromasil 100—5-C18不锈钢色谱柱的高效液相色谱法测定杀菌悬乳剂中咪鲜胺和丙环唑含量的分析方法,流动相为甲醇-磷酸水溶液(pH值2.5,体积比63:37);流速1.5mL/min;柱温:室温(温差变化应不大于2℃);检测波长:230nm;进样量20μL。【结果】咪鲜胺和丙环唑在1-50mg/L的范围内线性关系良好(线性相关系数0.99991),平均回收率为99.79%、99.62%,咪鲜胺的RSD为0.0336%,丙环唑的RSD为0.0509%。[结论]方法可同时测定杀菌悬乳剂中咪鲜胺和丙环唑的含量,具有准确、快速、精密度好,简便、方法新颖等优点。 [Aims] A HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) method was established for rapid analysis of prochloraz and propiconazole in bactericidal suspension emulsion. [Methods] The method was as follows: SHIMADZU 10-A VP Plus HPLC, Kromasil 100-5-C18 stainless steel HPLC column, mobile phase: methanol-phosphate solution (pH 2.5, 63:37, by vol); flow rate 1.5 mL/min; column temperature: room temperature (temperature changes should be not more than 2 ℃); detection wavelength 230 nm; injection volume 20 μL. [Results] Prochloraz and propiconazole at 1-50 mg/L of a good linear relationship (r=0.99991), the average recovery was 99.79 and 99.62%, prochloraz RSD was 0.0336%, propiconazole RSD was 0.0509%. [Conclusions] This method could be used to determine prochloraz and propiconazole content in bactericidal suspension emulsion simultaneously, which has the advantages of accuracy, speediness preciseness and conveniency with novel means.
