摘要
[目的]为了充分发挥唑菌酯对稻瘟病的防治潜力,同时减缓抗药性问题的产生,开展唑菌酯与氟环唑组成混剂防治稻瘟病的相关研究。[结果]筛选得到一种唑菌酯与氟环唑的增效型混剂,田间试验结果表明:混剂对稻瘟病具有优异的田间防效。[结论]唑菌酯单剂及其增效混剂,在室内试验中对稻瘟病菌有很高的离体抑菌活性,在田间试验中能够很好的防治稻瘟病的发生。
[Aims] To release the problem of resistance and make the best of control effect of pyraoxystrobin, the study on the bioactivity of the mixture of pyraoxystrobin and epoxiconazole against rice blast was carried out. [Results] A synergistic mixture containing pyraoxystrobin and epoxiconazole was obtained, the field results showed that the mixture had excellent control effect against rice blast. [Conclusions] Pyraoxystrobin and its synergistic mixture has high fungicidal activity in vitro against rice blast in greenhouse, and in field trials also exhibited good control.
