摘要
[目的]通过室内毒力测定和田间试验评价鱼尼丁受体抑制剂类杀虫化合物SYP-9080的杀虫活性。[方法]分别采用叶片喷雾法、常规喷雾法进行室内和田间试验。[结果]SYP-9080对二化螟、玉米螟、黏虫、小菜蛾、甜菜夜蛾等鳞翅目害虫具有较高的杀虫活性;田间试验表明SYP-9080对稻纵卷叶螟、小菜蛾具有较好的防治效果。[结论]SYP-9080对供试鳞翅目幼虫具有较好的防治效果,在试验剂量范围内对作物安全。
[Aims] SYP-9080 is a new type of insecticide which works on ryanodines receptor. The objective of this experiment is to evaluate the control efficiency of insects. [Methods] Laboratory tests and field trials were carried out by using foliar spraying and routine spraying. [Results] The result showed that SYP-9080 had high bio-activity against Chile suppressalis, Ostrinia furnacnlis （Guenee）, Mythimna seperata, Plutella xylostella and Spodoptera exigua Hubner in laboratory tests. And it had good control of Cnaphalorocis medinalis G and P. xylostella in the field trials. [Conclusions] SYP-9080 showed excellent efficacy against lepidopterous larvae. And it has no phytotoxicity on test plants.
