职业带理论对高职舞蹈表演专业建设的启示

The Enlightenment of Occupational Spectrum Theory towards Dance Performance Major Construction in Higher Vocational Education

随着人们文化消费的日益增长,对各类舞蹈表演专业的人才需求形成了一个职业带。这个"职业带"以精英技能型人才为主导、高素质技能型人才为主体、普通技能型人才为基础。本文旨在借鉴西方工业领域职业带理论,分析舞蹈表演专业人才的"职业带"现象。通过对应分析普通本科高等教育、高等职业教育、中专学校的舞蹈表演专业的人才培养类型,明确高职舞蹈表演专业的职业面向是大众化的艺术市场,知识技能应区别于普通本科和中专,把专业建设的基本目标放在培养高素质技能型人才上,由此而提出高职舞蹈表演专业建设创新的实现途径。

With the increase of cultural consumption,demand for various kinds of dance performers forms an occupational spectrum. This occupational spectrum is dominated by elite talents with high skills,composed of talents with high quality as main part and talents with common skills as basic part. This paper tries to analyze the occupational spectrum phenomenon among dance performing majors based on the western occupational spectrum theory. The author discusses different talent development for dance majors in general higher education,higher vocational education and secondary education and suggests that development of dance majors in higher vocational education should be targeted towards public art markets with knowledge and skills distinguished from those in general higher education and secondary education. The basic goal of specialty construction should be development of dance talents with high quality,which offers a new approach to dance major construction in higher vocational education.
