解毒祛浊化瘀汤治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎20例

Jie Du Qu Zhuo Hua Yu Decoction in the Treatment of 20 Cases of Anaphylaxis Purpura Nephritis

目的观察解毒去浊化瘀汤治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效,对解毒去浊化瘀汤的有效性、安全性作出评价以及肯定中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎的有效性和优越性。方法将40例患者随机分为治疗组20例和对照组20例。对照组服强的松片和雷公藤多甙片。治疗组在服强的松片和雷公藤多甙片的基础上,加服解毒去浊化瘀汤,观察患者治疗前、治疗2 W、4 W、8 W的24 h尿蛋白定量、凝血四项、临床症状及药物的副作用,治疗前后作出疗效评价。一个月总结一次,一年随访。结果治疗组在控制患者临床症状、改善实验室检查指标等方面均明显优于对照组,两者相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。提示:两组均有改善血液高凝状态、降低蛋白尿的作用;但两组在改善临床症状,减少激素用量、减少激素副作用方面比较有明显差异性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论解毒去浊化瘀汤联合现代医学治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎疗效确切,且安全可靠。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Jie Du Qu Zhuo Hua Yu decoction in the treatment of anaphylaxis purpura nephritis, to evaluate its effectiveness and safety, and to confirm the effectiveness and advantage of integrated traditional and Chinese medicine for the treatment of anaphylaxis purpura. Methods： 40 patients were randomized into the therapeutic group （20 cases） and the control group （20 cases）. The patients in the control group took prednisone tablets and Tripterygium wilfordii glycoside tablets. The patients in the therapeutic group were given Jie Du Qu Zhuo Hua Yu decoction besides prednisone tablets and TRipterygium wilfordii glycoside. 24h Urine protein quantity, four parameters of blood coagulation, clinical symptoms and side effects after 2w, 4w and 8w＇s treatment were observed and evaluated. The results were summarized monthly with one year follow - up. Results： The control of clinical symptoms and the improvement of the clinical index of the therapeutic group were obviously better thant that of the control group, and the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. In both groups, blood coagulation condition became better, and the content of urine protein decreased, but the two groups had great difference on the improvement of clinical symptoms, reduction of hormone use and side effects （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Jie Du Qu Zhuo Hua Yu deocoction combined with modern medicine has definite effects in the treatment of anaphylaxis purpura nephritis, and is safe and reliable.
