参松养心胶囊联合比索洛尔治疗冠心病室性早搏40例

Shen Song Yang Xin Capsule and Bisoprolol in the Treatment of 40 Cases of Ventricular Extrasystole of Coronary Heart Disease

为观察中西医结合治疗心律失常的疗效,将72例住院患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例,给予参松养心胶囊及西医常规治疗,对照组32例仅采用西医常规治疗,疗程21 d。结果治疗组临床症状:显效28例,有效11例,无效1例,总有效率97.5%。心电图:显效25例,有效13例,无效2例,总有效率95%。与对照组比较差异均有显著性意义(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01)。

Objective： To observe the effects of integrated traditional Chinese an western medicine for the treatment of arrhythmia. Methods： 72 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in the therapeutic group were treated with Shen Song Yang Xin capsule and conventional western medicine. 32 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine only. The treatment course was 21 days. Results： The clinical symptoms of the therapeutic group： 28 cases were obviously effective, 11 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective, and the total effective rate was 97.5% ; ECG： 25 cases were obviously effective, 13 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 95 %. The difference between the therapeutic group and the control group was significant （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01） .
